Common Inventory Workflows
1. Receive from Harvest
Convert a HarvestBatch into one or more InventoryLots, assigning storage locations and conditions.
2. Reserve Stock for Orders
When an order is created, reserve quantities from specific lots to avoid double-selling.
3. Monitor Expiry & Quality
Regularly review lots nearing expiry and mark them as On Hold or Expired when needed.
4. Export Inventory Report
Share current stock levels with buyers or management as a CSV or spreadsheet.
